Welcome to the
German Ball Saigon 2017!
We are pleased to announce that the third German Ball Saigon will take place on Saturday, 13th May at the InterContinental Hotel Saigon, 6:30pm onwards. The event will be hosted by the German Business Association and the Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Vietnam.
The first ever German Ball in Saigon in 2013 was a great success and set a new milestone of an exquisite European traditional gala in full German spirit. The German Ball Saigon in 2015 themed in the 1920s followed in these footsteps. Aimed to become a regular premium event within the German and expat communities, we have kept that spirit up and are excited to welcoming you to our third Ball and another night of unforgettable memories.
Once again, our unique program will feature a cocktail reception, an exquisite gala dinner, dancing all night long to the music of the Backhaus band from Germany, guest musicians as well as stunning entertainment acts. For the first time, the German Ball Saigon 2017 will take place in spring and we therefore dedicate the event’s theme to this season of the year.
Just as the previous events, the German Ball Saigon 2017 is expected to welcome more than 300 guests representing the local and expat business community. The German Ball Saigon is a unique opportunity to promote your company or your brand to a large and sophisticated audience, while you are entertaining your business partners and friends at the elegant settings of one of the city’s top ballrooms. The sponsorship options offer a suitable solution for all purposes. For detailed information on the benefits provided through our sponsorship packages, please refer to the attached overview. For planning purposes, we would highly appreciate if you could indicate your interest by end of March.
Thank you very much for your kind support. We are looking forward to welcoming you at the German Ball Saigon 2017.
Be ready for another memorable night!
