The 2nd German Ball Saigon held on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at the InterContinental Asiana Saigon was a great success. On behalf of the German Business Association and German Industry and Commerce, we would like to thank all guests for your attendance and participation during the Ball.
With more than 380 high-level personalities of the German and international community in Vietnam, friends and business-acquaintances, the 2015 edition of the German Ball Saigon has received a very positive overall feedback, not only by our guests themselves, but also by the event’s sponsors and partners. Moreover, we were very fortunate to have received a great reach through extensive media-coverage.
The German Ball is a traditional black-tie ballroom dancing event which started its tradition in 2013. This tradition allows us to promise you a spectacular evening of dancing, fine drinks, exceptional food and formidable company. Our 2015 German Ball Saigon was hosted by Mr. Lamou Van-Lam Vissay, included a champagne reception, classic ballroom dancing, first class entertainment by an exceptional German band lounge band and an exquisite gala dinner. The evening was culminated with a midnight lucky draw, awarding different prizes by the German Ball’s partners.
Supported by prestigious brands including Becks, Bosch, Rödl & Partner, Deutsches Haus Vietnam, Emirates, B.Braun, Samhammer, TerraVerde and VietThuong, Saigon’s traditional German ballroom dancing event has delivered its promise to be a memorable evening and once again become the annual highlight of the international business-community’s social calendar in Saigon.
2015 was an especially important year for the German Ball since it not only marked the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Germany, but also the 20 years of the GBA in Vietnam. The German Ball Saigon was therefore an especially important event to jointly celebrate these two milestones for the German and Vietnamese business community.
Once again, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to you for making this possible. For without guests such as yourself, the German Ball would not have been the spectacular night that it turned out to be.
